Corn-Benne Muffins

Preheat oven to 350°.


  • 7/8 cup cornmeal
  • 1 cup w.w. flour
  • 2/3 cup sesame seeds

Mix separately:

  • 1 1/3 cups soy milk
  • 3/4 cup malt syrup
  • 2 1/2 Tbs oil

Oil tins.

Pour wet into dry.

Mix well.

Spoon out into muffin tins.

Bake at least 25 minutes

Makes one dozen.
